Shubham Sales is the brainchild of Ms. Jyotsna Godbole. Starting in the year 2000, this business venture is the culmination of a long, hard journey by Jyotsna. Jyotsna Godbole is a name synonymous with relentless grit and perseverant determination. After completing Electronics Engineering in the small town of Sangli in Maharashtra, she arrived in Pune to find a job and chart a career. Although she found a job and did it to gain valuable experience, she found it difficult to enjoy it. Her inherent entrepreneurial instincts wouldn’t let her be content with her job.

It was during this time that she decided to become an entrepreneur and start her small venture. Starting with selling ladies’ fashion accessories, she gradually gained the confidence and the marketing expertise to take the next step. She then took up sales and marketing of products like PC Monitor Anti-Glare Screens, Three-minute telephone disconnectors, etc. During this time, she learned the skills of making solar equipment from a family friend. Her previous marketing skills helped her immensely during this time and she decided to take on the business of marketing solar and related electrical equipment.
